The Role The Care Coordinator has clinical responsibility for the ongoing delivery of care to the residents within their allocated area, providing clinical leadership and expertise to the team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Carers ensuring the standard of care delivered meets customer and Amana Living expectations.
