As a Workforce Planner, you'll keep things moving making sure customers receive the right support at the right time. It's fast-paced, people-focused work that blends rostering, problem solving, and clear communication. If you've thrived in call centers, banking, scheduling or other high-volume roles, you'll fit right in. This is a full-time position working on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday, between 6am – 8pm.
